I wanted to follow up on the job that was completed last week on the generator plug installation at my home. We are very happy with the entire process! Both men who came to the house, one to get information early on, and Ray to install, were on time, called in advance, courteous, and professional. Ray kept me informed all along the process, and he took the time to make sure I knew how to go from line power to generator power. The work looks beautiful. Ray was very respectful of our property. He assured me he was just a phone call away if I experienced any trouble with his work. I really appreciated the help you gave me. It was your idea to offer to install the interlock kit instead of a more expensive generator panel. And, as you know, you lowered the price of the job by $30. I am glad Clint Jones sent me to you. Because this was such a positive experience, I would certainly call on you if I have any future electrician needs, and I will recommend you to anyone who asks.
